At Lionessfashion Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your items, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed)
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Items without original tags
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not present at delivery
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Package your items securely with the original tags attached
- Ship the package to our returns address (provided with your authorization)
Important: Please do not send returns without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number. Returns without this number may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate the item and size/color you wish to exchange for
- We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference
