Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery timeframe: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery timeframe: 15-25 business days after shipment

Please Note: We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love everything you order from Lionessfashion. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your order delivery date. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Packaged in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed)
  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Items without original tags attached
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration not present at delivery

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange
  3. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  4. Package your items securely with all original tags attached
  5. Ship the package to our returns address (provided with your authorization)

Important: Please do not send returns without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number. Returns without this number may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Clearly indicate the item and size/color you wish to exchange for
  • We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference
